Playing for a number of years Pat Evans has found his forte as a solo performer who specialises in presenting covers in unusual settings. The old soul number "Stand by Me" as bluegrass anyone? His catholic music tastes have influenced his playing so that the version of "Little Wing" is introduced with a Stevie Ray Vaughan tune. All on guitar in a variety of tunings. You can also expect to hear fiddle and mandolin tunes. He has collaborated with a number of other performers putting wahwah mandolin to "House of the Rising Sun" and has been on a live acoustic special on Ben Turner's late night Radio Show (WM).
Pat Evans can be seen in many Brum venues and is currently fulfilling gigs for CHAOS promotions.
